Centennial YMCA - Atlanta, GeorgiaMEP&FP design for the 25,000 square foot recreational facility consisting of one full size basketball court, multi-purpose court with rock climbing wall, full-service kitchen, locker rooms, administration offices, full service day care, and weightlifting room. Mechanical system consisted of packaged constant volume rooftop units with gas heat having symmetrical exposed spiral round ductwork in the gym areas. Electrical system consisted of 208 volt power service, safety devices for day care areas, high bay metal halide lighting in gym areas and parabolic 2'x4' lights in the general areas. Fire protection consisted of a wet sprinkler system served by street water pressure. Additional systems included fire alarm, security, voice/data, clock and paging.

North Metro YMCA - Alpharetta, Georgia
Provided mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing for multi-use YMCA consisting of gymnasium and swimming pool (natatorium). The natatorium space was designed to be climate controlled to control space temperature and humidity.

40,000 square foot, two-story YMCA with a natatorium, gymnasium, three child care spaces, a clinic, aerobics room, weight training room, common areas, and associated office and auxiliary areas.
