Church
Situated on a 200-acre site, this 298,000 square foot church includes a 45,000 square foot sanctuary which seats 7,200 people including a 400-person choir. Services are televised throughout the United States and other countries. Other features include: theatrical lighting; dimming systems; complete sound system; production studios; child care facility; classrooms; administrative offices; a chapel/auditorium; state-of-the-art security system; and a data communication system. MEP systems consist of a 1,800 ton chiller plant, 50,000 CFM smoke evacuation system, 7,000 amp electrical service and a 1,200 KW emergency generator.

Family Life Center
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services were provided for this fully conditioned 86,000 square foot multi-purpose building. Included are two championship basketball courts (or four cross-court basketball courts) with 1,200 seating capacity and scoreboard controls, racquetball courts, locker rooms, saunas, weightlifting and exercise rooms, classrooms, administration area, full service kitchen and 500-seat dining hall. The gym which converts to a 3,500 seat temporary sanctuary for weekly services included production lighting systems and a high quality sound system. Also included in the building were a security system, voice/data system, fire alarm system and audio/visual tape production rooms.

Mechanical systems included constant volume rooftop units with exposed ductwork in the gym areas, kitchen exhaust and make-up air systems, locker and toilet exhaust systems, domestic hot and cold water piping systems, separate thermal zones for high use areas, and strategically located air distribution system for racquetball courts. The building is fully equipped with a wet piping sprinkler system. The gymnasium lighting consists of high bay compact fluorescent lighting with multiple levels of switching and acrylic lens for partial up-lighting.
