HESM&A provided LEED commissioning services for the school's addition of a new gymnasium and classroom building. The scope of services included a drawing review and on-site commissioning services for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as part of the LEED commissioning pre-requisite. The mechanical systems included a geo-thermal system with 30 wells to provide heating and cooling to the new classroom building. The new classroom building is under review for LEED silver certification.
