HESM&A provided MEPFP design for this 5-star beachfront luxury resort hotel and casino on the Caribbean Island of Curacao.
The total project size is approximately 255,000 square feet with a $48 million construction budget. The facility consists of 320 guest rooms on 4 floors, full service kitchen with a first class dining restaurant, conference center with approximate 5,000 square foot ballroom and associated meeting rooms, 21 private VIP bungalows, full service spa, specialty restaurant, 7,000 square foot casino, approximate 1,000 square foot specialty retail space, main lobby and prefunction areas, Kamp Hyatt kids area, outdoor tennis courts, outdoor amenity area, and water features with pools and a pool bar building. The site will also have an exclusive golf course clubhouse at the championship golf course.
