This 7 story, 403 room hotel features direct rail access to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, the busiest airport in the world. The LEED certified design includes energy efficient HVAC and lighting designed and commissioned by HESM&A. The hotel also houses over 20,000 square feet of conference facilities which can be partitioned into up to 18 different rooms requiring creativity in both HVAC and lighting design.
Amenities at the hotel include: multiple lounges and bars located in both the main level and on the top floor; full service restaurant and room service kitchen; laundry facility serving both the hotel and its guests; indoor pool and spa; fitness center; HESM&A also performed commissioning for the facility in compliance with the LEED requirement of fundamental commissioning of systems.
