Original constructed in 1939, this building renovation incorporated the existing architectural design with the requirements of LEED. Only the shell of the building was maintained and the interior design includes new high efficiency HVAC systems, low-flow plumbing fixtures and lighting control systems. The design also includes a rain collection system for flushing and irrigation. The building is on track for LEED Gold certification.
