Malibu Speedzone is a phenomenal entertainment park built around a racing theme of speed and competition.
The facility consists of the Clubhouse, Miniature Golf Course, exciting Race Tracks (Top Eliminator, Dragster, Slick Trax, Turbo Track, and Grand Prix), and Maintenance Buildings. The Top Eliminator Dragster has an “in-track” compressed air piping system for the Dragster braking. The facility has a sophisticated state-of-the-art electrical system consisting of power distribution, lighting (general, site, and specialty types), controls, point-of-sales, security and debit card. The mechanical systems consist of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection for the various buildings. The Clubhouse consists of the latest racing simulators, video and skill redemption areas along with a sports bar, restaurant, and kitchen.
