HESM&A work side by side with the project manager for the
assignment and deployment of our qualified staff to assure the timely
performance of the design and commissioning process. Our Principals
also work with our project engineers to train and collaborate on our
process. The depth of experience in our firm is passed down to our
younger staff members and the "team" concept is not just a thought
but a closely held principle managed by our founders.
