For each project, to ensure
internal quality control, HESM&A assigns a Principal to guide the project from design through completion. Furthermore, to best assure that HESM&A is always available if a Client has any questions, we assign the project's lead designer, usually an engineer from the complimentary discipline, as the assistant project manager. After these key individuals review the project, a special reviewing staff, not previously related to that particular project, with experience in both engineering and construction, does a final in-house review at the various submittal stages required for the project. In this way, we oversee the integration between disciplines and limit the number of errors or omissions.
By attending project meetings, participating in the design process, and overseeing the project through to construction, the HESM&A Principal ensures that a Client's project receives the attention it deserves.
