Proposed Project Team
As indicated in the organization chart and subsequent resumes of the key individuals on our commissioning team HESM&A, Inc. will provide a strong multi-discipline team with vast field experience for the project. The organization chart indicates our structure which consists of the Principal-in-Charge, the Project Manager and lead engineers in each discipline. We will also have support staff in each discipline as required to maintain project manpower requirements for maintaining project completion schedules.
The Principal-in-Charge is responsible for contract negotiations and legal agreements with the client, structuring each project team, overall client service responsibility/main contact and final quality control and assurance aspects of the project. He will perform several of the field activities required during the commissioning project as the overall team leader and mechanical commissioning of the HVAC systems. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project scheduling, including manpower assignments, communications, meetings, reporting, field supervision and response plans. In addition, the Project Manager will also be the Lead Electrical Engineer and will be responsible for the review and commissioning of the electrical lighting systems. The Lead Plumbing Engineer is responsible for the review and commissioning of the plumbing domestic hot water system.
